GCSE Catering 

Students in Year 11 have now completed the practical element of Task 2 which accounts for 40% of their final GCSE grade.  Students had to make a two course meal for a hotel which is hosting an international week.  From the dishes made students made baklava with filo made by the student, stuffed vine leaves, moussakka, home made pizza, fresh pasta dishes, somalian and Indian inspired dishes, panna cotta, mushroom risotto with stuffed chicken breast, home made breads, tapas, tiramisu, cheesecakes, samosas with pastry made by students, hazelnut torte, gulab jamun with home made vanilla ice cream.
