Assistant IT Services Manager
Required as soon as possible, an Assistant IT Services Manager to join our IT Services Team.
The successful applicant will work under the direction of our IT Services Manager in supporting over 800 computers on our curriculum and administration network. We have over 1700 students and over 180 staff all with internet access and e-mail accounts, ICT is an essential resource both to teaching and to school management.
We host a Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2012 R2 network, utilising Active Directory and Group policy for Windows 10 and Apple Mac clients, running MS Office Pro 2016, Microsoft SQL, SIMs, and a variety of subject-specific software. Duties will include in class support to students and teachers, hardware installation and maintenance, software installation and support, administrative duties, end user technical support.
Previous experience of Apple Mac support is desirable.
