We now have a new website to search for work experience placements:
Students will need to find our school name and log on with their name used on the register and then put in their pin number. The pin number can be obtained from Mrs Arnold or their tutor. Then go to the search section at the top of the page. This will then allow students to search and look up companies that have been used for work experience. It will give the address, contact name and contact number and a job description.

This year Atkins is running two work experience weeks at its office in Aztec West, Bristol. The purpose of these weeks is to provide insight into the world of engineering and inspire the next generation of engineers.

Teacher Training and Work Experience placements at Cotham
We support a variety of Initial Teacher Training Programmes at Cotham and work closely with Higher Education providers in order to provide high quality training programmes. We are committed to this work and feel that it is an important function of the school to invest in the training and development of teachers.
We are often overwhelmed by requests for lesson observations, work experience and teacher training placements. Though delighted at the interest in our school we are unable to support additional requests for placements, outside of those we engage in with our Higher Education partners, due to pressure on staffing and resources in school.
