Rucksack Club Dartmoor Expedition
Last weekend the Cotham Rucksack Club undertook a wet and windy weekend on Dartmoor for their final bit of Ten Tors training. It was an incredibly challenging weekend with some of the most miserable conditions we’ve had on Dartmoor for a while. The students all showed great humour and resilience in the appalling conditions and were a credit to themselves and the school. They supported each other really well and all gave 110%. Their next challenge is the Ten Tors in May, this will be a testing and life-changing experience for them, I don’t doubt that they will take it on with as much resilience and fortitude as they did last weekend.
